Made from Huon and Derwent Valley black cherries alone, this intensely flavoured reduction of pressed black cherries is aged to develop delicious depth and complexity. Balanced with our black cherry vinegar in the agrodolce (sweet and sour) style, each 200 ml bottle has been made with over a kilogram of fresh cherries.
