Wild Mother Tasmania Black Cherry Vinegar is made from 100% Tasmanian fresh black cherries.  It is unpasteurised and unfiltered that results in live mother vinegar being present in the bottle, in addition to antioxidants and other health components of black cherries.  This is a delicious vinegar that can be used in similar ways to apple cider vinegar and red wine vinegar.
