Fresh locally grown tarragon is harvested and immediately immersed in our organic apple cider vinegar. After a long infusion, this vinegar is bottled without filtration or pasteurisation to protect the intense fresh tarragon aromatics imparted by the cool climate outdoor grown tarragon and maintain live vinegar mother.
