Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment that is sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables, and fish, or used as an ingredient in onigiri. It typically consists of a mixture of dried fish, sesame seeds, nori flakes, sugar and salt. The Spiral range of furikake consists of four distinct varieties Aosa, Tamari, Umeboshi and Yuzu.
